How to make a Delicious Chicken Pasta at Home



The dish originally from Italy made up of wheat and water, squeeze out into various shapes and typically cooked in boiling water. Whole-grain pasta is a healthy food as it lower calories and carbs but higher in fiber and nutrients. Chicken pasta is a combination of garlic sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and chicken. It is a healthy 30 minute one-pot meal for busy weeknights.



Things You Need


Chicken breasts or thighs –( you could also use leftover baked chicken breast or thighs.)

Sauce

Sun-dried tomatoes

Bell pepper

Spinach

Cheese

Spices


How to make a Delicious Chicken Pasta at Home




First of all, apply chicken breasts with a bit of salt and pepper on each side for 3-4 minutes. 

Then you can add pasta, bell pepper and cook it with a covered saucepan for 10 minutes. It is important to bring it to a boil before reducing heat to low. 

Keep in mind gluten-free pasta cooks faster than wheat. Pasta should not be too soft, so it doesn’t become mush.

Next you can add dried tomatoes, cheese, spinach, garlic and cooked chicken with sauce and mix it very well.

It is important to stir pasta after a few minutes to prevent it from sticking.

Whole wheat or whole foods pasta is more nutritious than white. You can use any though. Good shape pasta to use is short with some cavities to hold the sauce inside.
