Ingredients
Pork chop thick slices
Flour - 2.5 teaspoons
Beef Bouillon - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 0.5 cups
Milk - 2 cups
Steak seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Basil (Dried) - 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper powder (fresh)
How to prepare it
First of all, you will need to season your pork chops. Use the steak seasoning on the entire surface of the pork chops and season it well. Then keep it aside and put some butter into a skillet and melt the butter. These are not oven fried pork chops and therefore you will need only your stove to prepare it. This is great for people who do not have an oven at home.
Then put the pork chops into this skillet and cook it for about 10 minutes on both sides. Chops will turn brown in the edges and pink in the middle. After it is cooked, add the rest of the butter into the skillet to have that very juicy pork chops. After cooked, you can keep the pork chops on a plate and keep the skillet back on the stove for the sauce with some butter remaining after the cook.
Now comes the time for us to prepare our cream sauce for pork chops with our ingredients. Take a large bowl and put the beef bouillon, flour and basil in it and mix it well. Then put 1 teaspoon of black pepper into the skillet with remaining butter and heat for about 2 minutes in medium heat. Then put the above mixture in the skillet and cook until slightly browned. Then pour the milk cups into the skillet and mix very well and cook until it bubbles and has that thick creamy texture. Now put the pork chops in the creamy sauce or else you can pour the sauce over the chops as per your choice.
