Yellow Mustard - 1 Teaspoon (prepared)
Paprika - 0.25 Teaspoon
Green Onion - 0.5 Cups (Chopped)
Eggs - 8
Salt
Pepper
Mayonnaise - 0.5 cups
How to Make Egg Salad
First of all you have to put the eggs in a saucepan and fill it with water.
Then boil the eggs and as soon as the water starts to boil, turn off the stove. Then cover the saucepan with a lid and let the eggs have a hot water bath for 10 minutes!
Then after 10 minutes, take the eggs out and remove the shell and chop the egg.
After that, put the mayonnaise into a bowl and then put the mastard and the green onions to it and mix well.
Then you have to put the chopped eggs into the mixture and again mix well.
Finally you can season according to your taste preference with salt, paprika and pepper.
Serve with Bread for a nice family Breakfast!
