How to Make Delicious Glaze Doughnuts at Home Easily

 

Things you Need


All purpose flour - 4 cups

Scalded milk - 1 cup

Warm Water - 0.25 cups

Margarine/ Butter - 0.5 cups

Milk - 6 tablespoons

Confectioners sugar - 2 cups

Active Dry Yeast - 0.25 ounces

Salt - 0.25 teaspoons

Granulated sugar - 0.5 cups

Eggs - 2 (Beaten)

Oil





How to Make It


First you have to make a medium sized bowl and put salt, scalded milk and sugar to it. Then keep it aside to cool down until mildly hot.


Then take another bowl and put warm water to it. Then add the yeast to the water. Then you can take the flour and mix it with the yeast. Then take the above milk sugar and salt mixture and put it to the flour.


Then put butter and eggs into this mixture and beat it until well blended and the dough is firm.


Put some flour onto a flat surface and knead it for about 5 minutes. Then place the dough in a bowl and cover it to rise. Let it rise until double the initial size for about 40 minutes


Now take the dough and keep on a flat surface with flour. Then roll out the entire dough until about 0.5 inches thick. Then you can use a round cutter to cut circles of this dough. Then keep these cut pieces aside again to rise for another 40 minutes.


Then take a frying pan and add oil to it and heat the oil. Take the dough pieces and fry them in deep oil until both sides are golden brown in color.


You can make the glaze by mixing 6 tablespoons of milk with confectioners' sugar. 


Finally, dip the fried doughnuts in the glaze and set it aside to set!
