How to make Truffle Cookies at home with Chocolate Easily

Ingredients

Sugar - 1 cup

Chocolate chips - 2 cups

Flour - 0.5 cup

Butter - 6 tablespoons full

Baking powder - 0.25 teaspoons

Vanilla extract - 1.5 teaspoons

Salt

Cocoa powder

Eggs - 3

How to Prepare

First of all you will have to melt one cup of chocolate chips. If you feel that chocolate chips are not enough, you might add some more regular chocolates as well. Then add the butter into the chocolate and let it melt within chocolate. Stir it well.

Then you can add the eggs and sugar into another bowl and whip it. Then pour vanilla into it and mix well. Then you can pour your melt chocolate into this mixture and stir well.

Then add flour and baking powder into the above mixture and stir until completely mixed. After that you can add add 2 teaspoons full cocoa powder and 0.25 tablespoons of salt and mix it. Finally you can add the other cup of chocolate chips (not melt) in it and now you have prepared your cookie dough. Keep it overnight in the fridge.

After the dough is prepared overnight, you can preheat your oven to 175 Celcius and while it is being heated, you can take out the dough and make the cookie in whatever shape you like. Then keep them on cookie sheets (non-oil). Then you can place the cookie sheets in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Finally let it cool and congratulations! You have prepared your cookies! You can now enjoy it with your loved ones.
