How to Make Crispy Shrimp Quick Snack with Coconut Batter
First, you have to put 0.5 cups of flour into a bowl. Then add the egg to it and mix well.
Then you have to add the baking powder to the bowl along with 0.5 cups of beer and mix it thoroughly to make the batter.
Keep the batter aside and get two separate bowls and add the remaining flour to one bowl and oil to the other bowl.
Then comes the wrapping part. Take the shrimp and dip it in the flour cup and apply flour on all sides of the shrimp. Then remove the excess flour.
Then dip it well in the batter we prepared earlier. Remove the excess batter from the shrimp and wrap it in coconut flakes well.
Then you have to place the wrapped shrimp on a baking sheet with wax paper and roll it in the sheet. Keep it in the refrigerator for about 25 minutes.
Now put the oil into a fryer and heat it up to boiling.
Then we have the final frying step. Put 2 or 3 shrimps at once to the boiling coconut oil and fry them well until they have a golden brown color. After it is fried well, take them out and allow the excess oil to drain. Serve it with tomato sauce or chili sauce for an extra spicy and crispy taste!
