You will feel really comfortable having some pancakes while watching your favorite movie or reading the books you love at leisure. We will provide you with a very delicious Whipped Cream Strawberry Pancake Recipe which you could make at home in just about 20 minutes.
Things You Need
All-purpose flour- 1 cup
Baking soda - 0.5 teaspoon
Melted butter - 2 teaspoons
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Vinegar (white) - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 0.5 teaspoon
Milk - 0.75 cups
Sugar (white) - 2 tablespoons
Cooking spray
Eggs - 1
How to Prepare Whipped Cream Pancakes
First, you have to mix the vinegar and milk and mix it well. Keep it for about 5 minutes to get the sour taste of the milk.
Then you have to put the flour into a large bowl and add sugar to it. Mix it very well and while mixing, add the baking powder, salt, and baking powder to it and continue mixing.
Remember that milk and vinegar that we mixed at the first step? Take it after 5 minutes and add the egg and butter into it and mix it very well. You don't want to ruin the taste of your pancakes just because you didn't give a good mix.
Then comes the cooking step. You are very close to having some really good pancakes!
Take a skillet and heat it for a medium temperature and spray the cooking spray onto the skillet. Then take about half a cup of the pancake batter and pour it into the skillet. Then keep cooking until lower side is brown and topside is bubbling.
Flip over the pancake and cook until the other side is brown in color.
When the pancake is cooked, pour some strawberry syrup over it and top with white cream and some strawberries for a final touch!
Congratulations! You have prepared very delicious whipped cream pancakes for your family! How about some Truffle Cookies for the afternoon tea? Or you might like a Cheesy Italian Submarine.
