Things You Need
Paprika - 2 Teaspoons
Youghurt - 200g
Chilli poweder - 2 Teaspoons
Lemon - 1 (Juiced)
Green Chilli - 1 (without seeds, chopped)
Onion - 1 (Chopped)
Chicken Stock - 300ml
Chicken Thighs - 500g (Skinless, Boneless)
Tomato puree - 3 Tablespoons
Garlic Cloves - 3 (Crushed)
Vegetable Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Fenugreek - 2 Teaspoons (Ground)
Flaked Almonds - 50g (Toasted)
Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoons
How to Make It
Take a glass bowl and put the yoghurt, Lemon, Cumin, Paprika and Chilli powder to it and mix them well.
After that, add some seasoning to the mixture and mix it again well. This is the marinade for chicken.
Then cut the chicken into pieces and apply the marinade.
Cover it well and keep in a fridge for about 1 hour.
Take a saucepan and put some oil into it and heat. Add Onion, Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli to the oil and fry them for about 10 minutes
For extra taste, add some seasoning to the frying mix.
Then you can add the tomato puree along with the spices to this mixture and cook for about 5 more minutes until you get a good fragrance.
Then you can take out the chilled and marinated chicken and add it to the saucepan.
Then add Chicken stock to the mixture. Mix them well and cook for about 15 minutes.
Finally, you can simmer it for about 5 minutes and add the almonds to it.
