Thing You Need
Clove garlic - 1 (minced)
Halibut fillets - 2
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon (Ground)
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 Tablespoon (fresh)
Olive oil- 6 Tablespoons
Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon (chopped)
Dried basil - 1 Teaspoon
How To Make It
First of all you need to take a glass bowl and put the garlic, Lemon, Parsley and Basil to it. Then mix it well.
After that put the Salt, Olive oil and peper to it and mix again to prepare the marinade.
Then you can place the halibut fillets on a glass plate and then pour the marinade onto the fish.
After that, cover the dish and place it in a fridge for about 1 hour. Make sure you turn the sides once or twice.
While the fish is in the fridge, you can preheat your grill and apply some oil to the grate.
After the 1 hour time, take the fish out and drain out the excess marinade.
Finally you can grill the fish for about 5 to 10 minutes for each side!
